How age is calculated
Age is the time between your birth date and the target date. This calculator first counts whole years, then whole months, then the remaining days. It also converts the same period into a total number of days, which is useful for milestone celebrations such as 10,000 days old.
Example
If you were born on 15 January 2000 and today is 15 January 2025, you are exactly 25 years old. That is 300 months, or 9,132 days including leap days.
